Returns

We are very passionate about delivering outstanding customer service: we want you to love your new luxury purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from The Solist, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund to your original form of payment, subject to the following conditions:

  • Please contact us at concierge@thesolist.com prior to returning your item for complete return.
  • The product must be returned in the original condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Please specify the reason for your return.
  • Refund includes only the purchase price of the item and specifically does not include the cost of shipping.

If your reason for return is due to manufacturing defect or damage incurred during shipment, you may be eligible for repair or replacement covered by the ShopWorn warranty or original manufacturer warranty: please see our Warranty Information page for more information.

Please do not attempt repairs yourself, or allow a third party to attempt repairs without explicit written consent and authorization from ShopWorn, otherwise your warranty will be automatically invalidated; in this event, repair of any damage becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please allow up to 5 business days to for us to process your return and up to 3 additional days for your return to show up in your account. We appreciate your patience.
